Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or make use of services made available through Uthando Products, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your delivery address, billing information such as account information. Payment may be made via PayFast using Visa and MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Uthando Products bank account. When making use of EFT payments, kindly provide your order number as reference number on the payment.
Card Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Uthando Products via PayFast who are the approved payment gateway. PayFast is a licensed System Operator with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). PayFast is fully PCI compliant and uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to Payfast to view their Security & Fraud Prevention Policy.
User Account Details
Please note that your user account details will be stored separately from payment details. Customer details will be stored by Uthando Products purely for maintaining a customer relationship and will not be shared with any third parties unless our users explicitly give Uthando Products permission to do so.
